1. For Housing/Apartment for rent. I suggest to have a filter button for EVA (Electricity) included. It will save a lot more time.

   Great idea, adding an EVA (Electricity) filter would make the search much faster and more user-friendly. Even an estate agents company in Ilford https://estateagentsilford.co.uk/ would benefit from a feature like that to help renters find the right place more efficiently.
