The nationality of the advertiser is irrelevant in this context. Only people with stereotyped minds and those with racist and segegrative mindsets would want to know the nationality of the advertiser. If you want only people of a particular group or region to respond to your ad, say Indians or Filipinos, post your ad in Urdu or Filipino in order to avoid confusion in communication. It's as easy as that!
