We have Active and Passive users on the website...
Not much need to be done for active users, but there are many passive user where we can tap the market and make them active.

For this, I recommend you start something like "Running Offers/deals" where is a limited time campaign can be run to mobilise the users. As a seller, I would definitely trade off some margin % for a quick response.
