U can put an access option where the customer visits the add and if decides to purchase can easily 'click' on the option, for the online payment.

Each visiter on add, if notified to the advertiser, would be easier to accomplish the deal fast, traffic can be reduced.
Each visiter on add, if notified to the advertiser through email or sms, would be easier to accomplish the deal fast, then traffic of repeated adds or closed deal can be monitored and no time /cost will be wasted on both the ends.
