Direct Option To Online Payments
U can put an access option where the customer visits the add and if decides to purchase can easily 'click' on the option, for the online payment.

We have Active and Passive users on the website...
Not much need to be done for active users, but there are many passive user where we can tap the market and make them active.For this, I recommend you start something like "Running Offers/deals" where is a limited time campaign can be run to mobilise the users. As a seller, I would definitely trade off some margin % for a quick response.
Hope you get what i am trying to say here. Time is Money...

Business category has limited options. Add own business opportuinity in neighbouring countries while still living here
Expats looking for setting up businesses in neighboring countries should have a separate category where ads can be placed specifically aimed at such people. At the moment there are only three options available: "selling your business, looking for business partner and distribute wholesale products".

Email must be given for Job Posting
I have seen many job offers but they hide their emails, so how can an applicant send the CV?
My idea is that expatriates.com should insist the employers to must write the emails for job offers.
there could be a Separate box that direct the applicants to send CV on this email.

Fix the add/remove/modify post UI
You need to clean up the add/remove/modify ads UI. It is messy and clunky right now. I have adds that cant be removed. I have ads where modifications are not shown and activations, activate an older version of the ad. Very frustrating. You are almost there, just need to test it with more people to get it "idiot proofed".

in uae people use dubizzle mostly and its an expensive service , please market expatriates effectively and i find you have huge potential in uae,

Make a Filter for Vehicles
I suggest that a Filter in Vehicle section should be added for CASH ONLY and INSTALLMENT OR LEASE ONLY.

99.9% of men dont know where to place the advert "bride or groom" some place advert on both. Any posibility to automate catagory if male then be placed seeking bride. Its trickey if they are gay but most are not. Thanks

search by car picture
I would like to give you a good option. in ( Vehicles ) section , to apple search with Picture of car , that mean if i need to search for car, for example ( toyota / camry / blue color ), i lose 2 hours to see all cars. the good idea is ( search by car picture ) .

Please make sure to remove the ads in case the item is sold
Minimize the expiry date of ad.
When we call the seller after seeing ad they say item is sold. Force them to remove when the not required, user should sign a consent that he/she will remove the ad immediately after it is sole.
This will help all of us (buyer, seller, and the site)

Sir, suggestion to you if every body put on your advertisement that this is probited
if any body says it is prohibited or this advertisement not cateragize not proper area your robot should know which is proper advertisement or not without any study you delete the advertisement if any mafia says somethings and you delete the advertisement please see if he says some things against some at least you have to see ur self is it correct or not ? or not
humble request to you in first you have to check either this add is belongs to that add or probihited or not you should be check

Please add category for Phillippine, Thai, Indonesian, Chinese, Sri Lankan, Pakistani and Indian foods.
This will help people those who don't have time to reach themeselves so that they get easy access to the individual Seller to attend theme at there door step. At the same time good for Expat community. Thx.

Ratings in Services Section
Since it is all about giving services, so if there is a rating system (designed properly so as to avoid fake ratings) people would be able to select the best services possible.
