Time Indication against each add.
This will be more supportive for job seekers even. When we stop reading a day and want to resume from next time we have to read from the beginning again. Hence, if time indication is there, we can remember the time that we stopped as a bookmark.

Better Search fuction
A better search feature would be nice. THe current search feature does not filter the results properly. Min, max price searches do not work at all.

Repetitive listings a pain
please limit the times an agent is placing the same add, as repetitive listings get irratating. Please include a charge for agents who do.
Ex pat looking for 2 bed room frustrated with calling and meeting same agents, too much time wasting with this.

Separate Real estate listing 'direct from owner'
Hundreds of Agents/Realtors advertising flats/houses for sale/rent. Create a 'Direct from Owner' to benefit clients who would like to deal directly with the actual owners themselves & avoid hassling with Agents - at least they can have the option if they wish to do so. Thx

New look is not very easy to browse.
Its very difficult to browse ads. Old one was good

People are constantly posting ads of services and repeating it daily makes the search for actual items really difficult
It affects the quality of the search results as well

Please introduce a new verification system. Give us the option to make an account verified through a mobile number. In this way, you can stop these scammers and spammers.
And for God sake, block those IP addresses forever through which these frauds posted every day.
